About Me

After discovering my love for cakes and pastries in high school, I worked for several years at a Worthington, OH bakery being trained by my mentor Sheri until it unfortunately closed down.

 

Being that my second love is computers, I began working in the I.T. industry up until the COVID-19 pandemic when I lost my job only to find myself back in the kitchen as the Cake Decorator for The Suisse Shop in Columbus, OH. I decided to leave the Columbus bakery and became a pastry chef for Abercrombie & Fitch headquarters in New Albany, OH and I grew to absolutely love my job.

 

During that time, The Pastry Bar came about! I decided to take my expertise and passion for cakes and pastries to the next level by going solo and bringing you The Pastry Bar!
